Alessia Morellini

lives and works in Modena (1985). Her life is driven by two passions: photography and travel. During her studies, she began to take photographs as an autodidact to capture the lonely and aseptic scenes of the Po Valley, then moved her research beyond the country's borders.

Today she works as a freelance photographer for some textile brands in Carpi.

Fascinated by the everyday and familiar aspects of the objects and panoramas that surround her, she shows a penchant for decontextualizing details, natural and urban landscapes, making them stand out as alien images. She has collaborated with Repubblica, Image magazine and a number of digital magazines: C41 , IGNANT , Perimetro , Broad Mag , allcitiesarebeautiful , MYARTISREAL
